Occurrence:
I'm trying to calculate a gravity response (GM-SYS 3D Tools > Gravity Calculations > Forward calculation) of layers in my GM-SYS 3D model and the error below is displayed:
"Run failed because Could not load file of assembly 'Spatial.Geometry, Version=20.2.0.4544, Culture=neural, PublicKeyToken=25af711bae526fce' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)."
Resolution:
- Close Oasis montaj.

In a window that lets you see your drives and folder and navigate to C:\Program files\Geosoft\Oasis montaj\bin\.
On a 64-bit computer, navigate to C:\Program files (x86)\Geosoft\Oasis montaj\bin\.
- Rename omcore.exe.config to omcore.exe_bk.config.
- Download this zip file.

On a 64-bit computer, extract the zip to C:\Program files (x86)\Geosoft\Oasis montaj\bin\.
- Launch Oasis montaj and reopen your project.
Root Cause:
There is an incorrectly linked DLL that is looking for an older version of a Spatial.Geometry.dll. The updated omcore.exe.config file redirects any request by an Oasis montaj module for Spatial.Geometry.dll (versions 20.20.0.0 - 20.20.0.4606) to version 20.20.0.4606, which is the one currently installed.
