Are Oasis Montaj 7.2.1 and Target 7.2.1 compatible with ArcGIS 10?

If I have ArcGIS 10 installed on my machine can I use the MXD functionality inside of Oasis Montaj 7.2.1 and Target 7.2.1?
If you have ArcGIS 10 installed and licensed on your machine, Oasis Montaj 7.2.1 and Target 7.2.1 are compatible with it. You can open version 10 layer (LYR) files, version 10 map documents (MXD) files and version 10 Geodatabases (GDB) inside of Oasis Montaj and Target. You can also create version 10 MXD files inside of Oasis Montaj and Target.
If you do not have a licensed version of ArcGIS 10 on your machine, Oasis Montaj 7.2.1 and Target 7.2.1 will use the ArcGIS Engine 9.3.1 licence installed by default with these products. In this case you will be able to work with ArcGIS version 9.3 LYR, MXD and GDB files but not ArcGIS version 10 LYR, MXD or GDB files.
Prior versions of Oasis Montaj and Target are not compatible with ArcGIS 10.
Notes:
You can save MXD files as prior versions inside of Oasis Montaj and Target. This will assist those working with prior versions of the software.
To save an MXD as a prior version in Oasis Montaj or Target:
- With an MXD window open in Oasis montaj or Target, go to the ArcGIS MXD menu.
- Choose the Save MXD As menu item.
- Under the Save for Version drop down list pick the desired version.
