Bing Maps Imagery renders on top of grid groups

Symptom:

I added Bing Maps Imagery to a map.  There is also a grid group (AGG_) on the map.  Even though the grid group is listed above the Bing group in the View/Group Manager Tool, I cannot get the grid to display as it is always obscured by the Bing group.

Resolution:

In the View/Group Manager Tool, uncheck Render images first.  Any grid groups listed above the Bing Maps group will now display.  You can set a transparency for the grid group to visualize it together with the Bing Maps Imagery.

Root Cause:

If Render images first is selected, any images on the map (Bing Maps Imagery, JPG, TIFF, etc...) will render on top of grid groups even if they are listed below the grid groups in the View/Group Manager Tool.

Notes:

Bing Maps Imagery was added to Oasis montaj and Target v7.5.
